More summer fun 2010 posts.
This continues to be a popular activity since last summer.

Hours of fun washing windows = priceless |
Given their love for water, I wouldn’t be surprised if they are as excited about window washing the next year also 🙂

Wow..how helpful..nice to see C and M! pl tell them to take my Punch too for this next time…
UTBT SAYS: Sure 🙂
awww.. so cute! I have a better idea than timepass. can you send the girls here please? we have loads of windows and two more girls to help! 😀
UTBT SAYS: How can I pass this wonderful invite?!
Very Nice !! Are both the girls almost the same height ???
UTBT SAYS: Thanks.
No, Child 2 is standing on the top of the picnic bench and is on her tippy toes. There is a god 12 inch height difference.
Child1 is normal five year old and child2 is a normal 2.5 year old though she is four.
How adorable. Those window washers can get pretty pricey. Nice to have some that will do them for free 🙂
UTBT SAYS: The thing with these window washers is that they do not work for us. They only do the work that makes THEM happy.
So cute! They look like little fairies who are cleaning your house as a surprise for you (Snow white?) when you get back.
Love the little one’s hairstyle.
UTBT SAYS: Thanks.
Child 2 is convincing me to let me grow her hair….till her ankles and beyond. But the damn thing is too slow for her. She wakes up every morning and checks the mirror 🙂
Paavam Pasanga – Child Labour !
You need to make it up to C & M somehow
UTBT SAYS: Adhane parthen. I was waiting to see who makes comments about child labor.
Aside – I really like the products available in Lakeshore Learning
UTBT SAYS: As a parent I like Lakeshore. But as a teacher, their classroom supplies are “loud”. Do you know what I mean?! Too bright to the point of being gaudy and plastic-y.
Wow…velaiku velai (for you) ..vilayatuku vilaiyaatu (for them) 🙂
UTBT SAYS: No, no. No velai, only vilayattu. AS long as I am not setting up and cleaning up for 30 mins for a 30 sec activity, I am fine.
Plus activities like these keep them outside. If they are inside, there will be 10,000 fights that I have to referee, whining for TV, requests to go ‘some where’ and do ‘something’.
Mama’s cute helpers ha. I was jsut imaginating my son in the place of your daughter. We would end up with broken window, broken arm/leg . Sigh . Boys.
I did the scratch art with my niece a decade back in 99. We used all her crayon bits for that. Never knew about ready made scratch art stationary. Thanks for the link to the scratch art stationary. I can get some for my newphews too. My son uses “Kids art” in his modern slate (aka IPAD) . Check out that app from apple on your iphone.
CS
UTBT SAYS: Some children have different energy. I have doodle app on my iPhone, but that is for ME. No sticky fingers on my iPhone.
Cuuuute!
UTBT SAYS: Thanks.
