Everything is two of the same at home that an innocent bystander will start rubbing her eyes, just to make sure that she is not assaulted with a sudden case of double vision syndrome.
But, totally worth it!!!!

somehow I cant being myself to buy the exact same clothes for A & a. May be same type but different color. but not same-same. The cheapo me starts thinking about Antu wearing Ashus hand me downs and I dont want it to be the same! š

Finally gave up because there were so many fights.
It is what that the other one has is the most appealing.
There are days I miss school uniforms, cuts half the headache.
As much as they look cute wearing the same and I enjoy it, there is another dimension to the ‘totally worth it’ caption.
There is no passing on of clothes, but it is worth spending that money to avert the fights and tears.
utbt, it is totally worth it! Boo, I think I should start my shopping spree for A & a.

Chula has been asking me for Sketchers Twinkle Toes for 6 months now. I looked at the price tag and was appalled. Couldn’t bring myself to buy two shoes for $45 each. Finally these shoes were brought with love by YaadaaYaadaa. She spoils them throughly.

UTBT SAYS: Hand made???? If my children wait for me to make clothes for them, they will have to be naked! I am that talented with the art of sewing.
Chula was in school skit where she had to wear Victorian clothing. Their teacher asked me if I can sew a simple A-line skirt and a apron for her, I was so horrified and finally their teacher’s 13 year old daughter ended up sewing the dress for Chula!
@Reva, have 2 muzhams of jaadhi at home.. Come on over.. There is more blossoming.

we have lots of ‘twos’ despite the two genders here. Heck, we even have four of some shirts/kurtas, and we all go out looking alike, madly alike š

Shopped is Costco! Looks into Gymboree really nice cloths and color last if you use coupon save some money too. I think like Boo though.

I was so attacked by ‘two-a-titis’ that even though I had four different pictures for the collage, I ended up repeating a picture!
I am with Boo on this … though your logic makes total sense. The only bright side of it is, my older one always wants something in Pink, and the younger one wants something in purple.
Growing up hated it when sis and me had to wear the same clothes …
@Starry: Not sure if you watched, there was a serial “Ados Pados” aired long back on DD …. every member of the family wore same clothes š
